for serious Sales Consultants who want to win more
business more often. We encourage you to relax and take
five minutes to review the following content.

listings and sales per annum in simple terms. Sadly,
most sales people in real estate will average between 15
and 25 listings and sales per year. Some will not even
achieve 15.
However, truly farming the prime marketing area is much
more than targeting listings alone. It is about buyers
too. In many suburbs around 80% of buyers already live
or work in or around the prime marketing area. Clearly
it will pay to know about these people!
Similarly, there will be investors who either own, live
or have properties managed in the area. Either you or
your agency will be very interested in finding who they
are and the properties they own.
Lastly and by no means least, are all of the other
people who would like to know what’s happening in the
locally property market place.

All of these market sectors have one thing in common,
they are all people. They are not properties, or
listings, or sales they are people just like you.
As a person please stop and think for a few seconds. Do
you believe all of the advertising you read, watch and
