Non Standard Sizes
All products state their standard size – please see specifications listed on each product page. $11 per 1,000 cards for the first 3,000 cards, capped at $33. WE CANNOT CUT ANYTHING SMALLER THAN 30mm.

Scoring
Your card can be scored with a crease so it folds more easily and accurately. The cards will be delivered flat, ready to fold. Please note that scoring is included in prices for Folding Business Cards and Greeting Cards.
$27.50 for set up, $27.50 per 1,000 of the same layout up to maximum A4 in size. If we have multiples of products, they can be run through together up to A4 in size.
 

Perforation
We can perforate your card with small, dotted holes, so it is ready to be torn into two pieces. $27.50 for set up $27.50 for the first 1,000 and $27.50 for each 1,000 thereafter of the same card. A card with two or three parallel perforated lines can be put on the machine once and they are all done together, so the price is the same as a single perforation.

Numbering
Sequential numbering is available on all our products; perfect for tracking, such as membership cards and the like. Our pre-made block has five or six digits and is preceded by "No:". For example, the finished number would look like "No: 00001". The minimum space needed for this is 34 x 8mm, and we don't recommend numbering over a celloglaze. The numbering must be coloured red. $77 for up to the first 1,000 and $33 for each 1,000 thereafter of the same card.

Drilled Holes
Holes can be drilled in any product. $22 per 1,000 per hole drilled
Please specify if hole other than 4mm diameter is required or 4mm holes will be done as default. Also please specify where the hole is to be drilled. Other sizes available: 3mm, 4mm, 6.4mm, 7mm, 8mm, 11mm

Die Cutting
We do have a small collection of existing die shapes you may use in addition to the round corner die described on the Round Corners Die Cut. Ask us for more information. $27.50 for set up of die and $27.50 to die cut each time. Please note each die can be up to A4 size, which can fit up to 8 business cards.  Die shapes are sometimes impossible to create if they are too intricate. Prices vary depending on the shape but usually a business card die is $88.

Round Corners Drilled
Rounded corners are made on the cards using a drill type machine, each corner done individually and may vary slightly. It is less accurate than a die cut. Each corner is cut individually and may vary slightly. The standard corner radius is 9mm. Other sizes available: 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 7mm, 9mm. $11 for set up, $22 per 1,000 cards.

Round Corners Die Cut
Deadly accurate, our pre-made dies give you a corner radius of 3mm, available on our standard sized business cards. $27.50 to set up die, $27.50 per 1,000 cards.

Magnets Affixed
We can affix magnets (that are peeled from a backing) to the back of any product. Please note that magnets are included in prices for Calendars.
$99 per 1,000 affixed for the first 3,000 cards, $44 per 1,000 for orders 4,000 or more. A minimum quantity of 1,000 is required

Magnets Supplied Seperately
The magnets are pre-cut, ready to adhere, like a sticker. $4.95 per 100 magnets supplied separately. Magnets are sized 20 x 40mm. Please note that we DO NOT print directly onto a magnet.
